Who are our care assistants?

Selection

Based on your wishes, needs and specific requirements, we set to work looking for a suitable care assistant. Every situation is unique and treated individually. We don’t just look at the care assistant’s experience, we also consider their character, interests and everyday activities. We select on this basis one or more eligible applicants. Then the choice is yours, based on their CV and an introductory consultation by telephone, to see whether there is a good click.

All our care assistants meet the following conditions:

They have experience in both live-in work and the specific care your loved one needs
They have references
Certificate of good conduct
Love to care for elderly people and people in need of care
Flexible

Communication:

Our care assistants come from Eastern Europe and have a good knowledge of French, English, German, Italian etc…

Because you see one another for such a long time, you get to know each other well. Communication has never proven to be a problem; the personal click is what matters most.

What you can expect from your personal assistant:

Because the assistant lives in with you, there is always flexibility in meeting your personal needs and wishes:

Support with preparing meals
Support with eating
Support with getting up, going to bed and moving around in general
Support with domestic tasks
Accompanying you to appointments
Sharing moments of relaxation
Personal care
Grocery shopping
Going for walks
Etc...

The assistant does not provide nursing services (wound care, administering injections, infusion therapy, putting out medication, etc.)
